Who this qualification is for
The qualification develops the skills, knowledge and understanding required to confirm competence in an occupational role managing practice and leading others in adult health and social care provision, or in children and young people’s services.
Qualification structure
Learners complete a maximum of 90 credits: 30 credits from the mandatory units and a minimum of 60 credits from one pathway.
